1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email once your transfer or tour details and route are agreed with our team. Quoted fares are fixed and all-inclusive of expressway tolls, fuel, and driver allowance, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Driver & Vehicle

Vehicles are provided with a licensed, SLTDA-registered tourist chauffeur. We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with an equivalent or better category in the event of a breakdown or unforeseen circumstance.

3. Flight Tracking

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight arrival and adjust the driver's schedule for delays at no extra cost. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. Delays beyond 60 minutes without notice may be subject to a waiting charge. Please ensure that the number of passengers and luggage bags match the vehicle category booked.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ella Rides acts as a licensed tour operator and transport provider. We are not liable for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
