Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your transfer or tour at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Simply notify us via WhatsApp at +94 76 223 0300.
2. Late Cancellation (within 24 hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a nominal charge of up to 25% of the quoted fare to cover driver and vehicle dispatch costs already incurred.
3. No-Show
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location within 60 minutes of the scheduled time without contacting us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.
4. Flight Delays
Airport pickup cancellations caused by flight cancellations or diversions are always free of charge. Please share your updated flight details with our team so we can adjust the driver schedule.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Contact us at info@ellarides.com for refund requests.
